Two days ago I had a big and ugly discussion with one of my old clients.

During the argument, my thought were around how much right am I, but at the bottom line, only y compromising and explaining I would manage to keep this client among those who stay with me for a long time.
I develop and create Cardiology devices with and for Prof Simcha Miloh, who has an active and inventive mind, always alert and one step ahead of others.
He is not an easy person when talking about payment and return debts and paying for actions done for him.
on the other hand, I was not as clear about my requests to be paid for those extra spent hours for him.
After the discussion we had, I lost the battle and the war.
I am now looking for a way to regain him and find a nice way how to bring him back to my clients list.
After all, how many have the chance to develop heart surgery saving instruments and methods???
