During the argument, my thought were around how much right am I, but at the bottom line, only y compromising and explaining I would manage to keep this client among those who stay with me for a long time.

He is not an easy person when talking about payment and return debts and paying for actions done for him.
on the other hand, I was not as clear about my requests to be paid for those extra spent hours for him.
After the discussion we had, I lost the battle and the war.
I am now looking for a way to regain him and find a nice way how to bring him back to my clients list.
After all, how many have the chance to develop heart surgery saving instruments and methods???
